Located in the northeastern Zimbabwe is Nyanga District; that is, in Manicaland Province.
Mount Nyangani is the highest mountain in Zimbabwe. The mountain is located within Nyanga National Park, northern part of the Eastern Highlands.
World’s View is a spectacular vista; from this mountain.
The view point is popular with tourists. The view includes the plains and hills that rolls away from the range to the far west even as far as Rusape; and (it is claimed) Harare beyond can be seen on clear days.
You will be forgiven if you had thought Troutbeck Inn to be in the Scottish Highlands, rather than in the Nyanga moutains of Zimbabwe. The majestic Mount Inyangani of 2600m is in close proximity of the Troutbeck Inn, located on the cooler Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe near Nyanga; only three hours drive from the heart of Zimbabwe, Harare.
This National Park contains the highest land in Zimbabwe, with perennial rivers and green hills.
