Located on the Mighty Zambezi River at the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe is the ‘Victoria Falls’ and is commonly known as Vic falls.
Everything about this place is magnificent! “Scenes so lovely”, I would like to call it.
I remember my first time going to this place, with a ‘couple’ friend of mine, we had a wonderful time.
Surely it is a natural wonder, that makes you wonder if you are still on earth or another planet.

Devil’s Cataract
It is the Mighty Zambezi River that flows over the Victoria Falls at the height of 108 metres and covering the width of 1,708 metres.
The huge volume of water falling produces a spray that rises up and it is so fascinating and this keeps the Victoria Falls Park ever green. The smoke can be visible some kilometers away. And at times you can see a rainbow, which is a wonderful sight not to be missed.

How to get there
You can either fly from Harare International airport to Victoria Falls airport, average flight time is 1hour 20minutes.
Or use a bus either a day bus or an evening bus. The day bus leaves Harare at 06:00am and it arrives in Vic Falls around 05:00pm. The evening leaves Harare at 06:00pm and arives in Vic Falls at 05:00am. And the bus fare ranges from $30.00
You can also access Vic Falls from Johannesburg, South Africa and the average flight time is 1hours 40minutes.
