PALMAISON Palm Beach County

Owners buy an outcome. Guests buy an experience.

We design for both.

Guests in Palm Beach County pay luxury rates, yet many rentals here are furnished from the same mass-market packages. Palmaison brings a residential designer's eye and a hospitality operator's discipline to every house, on an agreed budget and schedule.

How we work

  1. Position

We define who the house is for, what it will be known for and the nightly rate it can command. Every brief starts with four numbers: rate, occupancy, launch date and budget.

  2. Design and collect

A design narrative built around the house and the guest it's for, its finishes and the Collection Method. We source anchor pieces from South Florida estate sales and antique dealers, so the house has an identity no other listing can copy.

  3. Launch

We direct the photography, choose the lead listing images and write the property's name and the story its listing tells. Every room is styled to photograph the way it feels in person.

  4. Experience

    (Optional)

The arrival, the details and the local partners that give guests a reason to rebook and recommend the house. A private chef, a boat day, a fridge stocked for the first night, activities planned for the kids.

We reposition underperforming properties. We review the listing, guest reviews and rate, then redesign and relaunch the house at the price it should command.

The same approach, applied to boutique hotels, inns and small resorts. We take on a select number each year.

The Collection Method

Every house pairs collected pieces that give it character with hospitality-grade essentials that keep it running.

Antique carved console beneath a gilt mirror with foxed glass, styled with a blue and white ginger jar of white roses
20

The Collected

Signature vintage, heritage furniture, original art and architectural accents such as gilt mirrors, carved consoles, crystal chandeliers and restored rattan, sourced from South Florida estates for provenance and craftsmanship.

Made bed with crisp white linens, an olive velvet pillow, a woven throw and monogrammed towels
80

The Essential

Premium mattresses, hospitality-grade upholstery, performance textiles, lighting and linens. Everything guests touch every day.

The ratio is a principle, roughly 20 collected to 80 essential. One house may hold five exceptional antiques, another a single piece that defines the room.

Designed to earn. Built to last.

  • Premium rates

Character and comfort give guests a reason to choose your house and pay more for it.

  • Furniture that holds its value

Solid wood and well-made vintage keep resale value long after mass-market furniture is worth little, and they can move between properties as your portfolio grows.

  • Built for turnover

High-use upholstery is performance-grade and stain-treated, and outdoor pieces are rated for the Florida sun.
